Directions

Omega-3 TG will be added to your PM packet. Take your supplement in the evening with a full glass of water and with food.

Why do you use Fish Oil as your source of Omega-3 fatty acids instead of Krill or Algal Oil?

We use fish oil as our source of Omega-3s because it is one of the most extensively researched forms of EPA and DHA, with numerous clinical studies demonstrating its benefits for overall health, including in cancer survivors. Since we prioritize science-backed ingredients, we chose fish oil for its well-documented ability to support heart health, cognitive function, and inflammation regulation—all essential for long-term wellness.

Fish oil provides an optimal balance of DHA and EPA, two essential fatty acids that play a crucial role in brain health, immune function, and inflammation control—key concerns for cancer survivors. Compared to krill oil, which contains lower DHA levels, and algal oil, which often lacks EPA and requires larger doses to achieve the same effect, fish oil delivers a more effective and efficient Omega-3 source in just one pill. Our fish oil is sustainably sourced, purified and extensively tested to ensure quality, potency, and safety while eliminating any fishy taste.

What is the difference between Omega-3 TG and Omega-3 EE?

We use Omega-3 TG (triglyceride form) because it is the natural molecular form of Omega-3 fatty acids found in fish, while Omega-3 EE (ethyl ester form) is a chemically modified version that is often used in lower-cost supplements. The TG form is preferred because it is more easily absorbed by the body, leading to higher bioavailability and more efficient delivery of EPA and DHA to support overall health.

In contrast, EE Omega-3s require an additional metabolic step before absorption, which can result in lower uptake and reduced effectiveness compared to the TG form. EE-based fish oils also tend to be less stable and more prone to oxidation, which may impact their shelf life and potency. Additionally, the TG form reduces the likelihood of fishy aftertaste, making it a more pleasant and tolerable choice for supplementation.
