SurvivorRx makes it easy to refer friends and family! You can use the form above or share a referral link via text, email, or social media after completing a purchase. When your friends and family use the referral link, they will receive a $20 discount on their first purchase and can only be used once. After they redeem the code, you will also receive a $20 discount code that can be used on your next order as a thank-you. You can refer as many people as you want, but you can only use one $20 off code per 4-week order.

Each time someone uses your referral code, you’ll receive a unique, one-time $20 discount code by email. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. 

To apply your discount code:

1. Log into your account on the SurvivorRx website.
2. Go to “View your next order.” (Note: If you’ve skipped your next order Go to “View upcoming orders.” Find your next scheduled order and click “Edit.”)
3. Under the order summary, click “Add discount.” (Note: If a discount is already applied, remove it before entering a new one.)
4. Enter your unique referral code in the discount code box.
5. Click “Apply discount code.”
6. The page will refresh, and the discount will be applied to your next order.

After your friend or family member uses your referral code to complete their first 4-week subscription purchase, there will be a 18-day waiting period to ensure the order is not canceled. Once the order remains active beyond this period, you’ll receive a unique $20 discount code via email. You can then apply it to your next 4-week order.

You’ll get a separate $20 discount code for each successful referral. Since only one code can be used per order, you’ll need to apply them one at a time to future monthly orders. Each code is valid for 365 days.

If you used the referral link your friend shared, your $20 discount will be automatically applied at checkout—no extra steps needed. If you came to our site another way, you can still enter the referral code manually during checkout.

If your friend cancels their order within 18 days, the referral won’t be counted, and you won’t receive a discount code. Referral rewards are only issued for completed, non-canceled orders.
