SurvivorRx 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
At SurvivorRx, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time orders.
Here’s how our refund process works:
- 1. Within 30 days of delivery of your first order, please fill out our return request form to open a support ticket.
- 2. Our team will respond with return instructions, including a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- 3. You’ll receive a USPS return shipping label, and you’ll need to provide your own box—any box is fine
- 4. You’ll then have 14 additional days after receiving your shipping label to send any unused supplement packets and the original dispenser to our Florida address.
- 5. Once your return is received, we’ll issue a refund for the product amount, minus $15.99 for shipping and handling
This guarantee is limited to first-time purchases and one use per delivery address. SurvivorRx reserves the right to deny refunds if misuse of the policy is suspected.
Digital Gift Card Policy
- Purchases made entirely with a digital gift card are non-refundable.
- If a purchase was made using a combination of a digital gift card and another payment method, only the portion paid with the non-digital gift card method is eligible for a refund. The digital gift card portion is non-refundable and will not be reissued.
- Purchases of a digital gift card are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
- We reserve the right to decline refund requests if we suspect misuse of this policy.
