Fill out our Return Request Form below within 14 days of delivery to start your refund process.

2. Return Instructions

After reviewing your request, we’ll contact you with return instructions, including a Return Authorization number and our return address in Florida.

3. Send Back Unused Items

Return any unused supplement packets and the original dispenser using a trackable shipping method. Once received, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

How do I request a refund?

To start the refund process, you must contact us within 14 days of your order’s delivery. Simply fill out our Return Request Form to open a support ticket.

What happens after I submit the form?

Once we receive your request, our team will email you with return instructions. This will include a Return Authorization number and the return shipping address in Florida.

What do I need to send back?

To be eligible for a refund, you’ll need to return any unused supplement packets along with the original dispenser within 14 days of receiving your return instructions.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping and must use a trackable method through the carrier of their choice. You’ll need to create your own return label.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and verified, we’ll issue a full refund of the original product price to your original payment method.

Are there any restrictions?

Yes, this guarantee applies only to first-time purchases and is limited to one return per delivery address. Refund or return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Once approved, the original dispenser and any unused supplement packets must be returned within the following 14 days.

Please note:

  • Purchases made entirely with a digital gift card are non-refundable.
  • If a purchase was made using a combination of a digital gift card and another payment method, only the portion paid with the non-digital gift card method is eligible for a refund. The digital gift card portion is non-refundable and will not be reissued.
  • Purchases of a digital gift card are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests if we suspect misuse of this policy.
