Recipe: Simple Spinach Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1–2 tablespoons agave or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups ice
  • Optional: squeeze of fresh lemon juice

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture, or freeze for 1–2 hours for a firmer scoop.
