Third generation Longvida® Curcumin was developed by UCLA and is backed by 30 clinical trials. In an effort to streamline this formula into a single capsule, Longvida®’s experts optimized concentration and bioavailability, making our 400mg Curcumin dose comparable to much higher doses found in other products on the market. Directions

Curcumin/Turmeric 3rd Gen will be added to your AM packet. Take your supplement in the morning with a full glass of water, with or without food.
